The Swing bridge 3 mile circular walk is one of our favourites!A lovely walk from Reeth village green, over the swing bridge and across the meadow. Picking up the Swale Trail track this circular walk, loops you along the Swale and into Grinton.

Past the The Bridge Inn take the small gate on the left, as you go over the bridge back across the fields back to Reeth.

What a glorious day yesterday was!

The perfect day to enjoy spending time outside, whether that be soaking up the sun on our south facing patio or exploring the network of paths and trails starting straight from our back gate.

Have you visited the Highest Pub in Britain?

Situated on the highest point of the Pennine way, near Keld in Swaledale. the world famous Tan Hill is a unique and historic pub.

This extremely remote and isolated 17-century miners inn set at the top of a 1,732 feet (528m) hill among the wild and windy moors is a must visit at anytime of the year!

Be warned, though!...there have been a few occasions where guests have been snowed in..... for days! ❄️

The Dales are simply perfect at any time of year, but Spring is simply stunning.

The snowdrops this year seem extra special this year and there are even a few early daffodils blooming too!

There's lots of reasons to join us this Spring. The sun will be shining over the glorious Yorkshire Dales, and hopefully, you'll be coming to visit us!
