Are you coming down to the brewery this weekend? It’s the first of our taproom events!🍻

Over the weekend we’ll have Semer Water and Gamekeeper along with 2 rotating specials for you to enjoy. We’ll also have Fuzzy Logic and Mittel lager on keg, our bottles and cans, and more!

Yorkshire Waiter will be here serving up toasties too on Friday and Saturday night from 5pm, and on Sunday from 12pm. We can’t wait to see you all.

A fantastic drive(or cycle if you’re feeling fit) with plenty of beautiful scenery.

Located in the Yorkshire Dales, Buttertubs Pass goes from Thwaite to Hawes and it's one of the most scenic routes in the country.
The scenery is absolutely stunning and there are loads of places that you can visit nearby including Wensleydale (which is perfect for cheese lovers).

We are absolutely buzzing to announce that we will be running the Big Bike Night event again this year!

We had such a great time last year raising money for Help For Heroes and we are looking forward to seeing many of you again as well as some new faces.

Many of you might be pleased to hear, we’re back to opening on a weekend!

We’ll be open on Saturdays 9.30am - 1.30pm as well as 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, so feel free to call in. You can shop online via our website too! 😊

Well that’s a wrap for another year.
A huge thankyou to all our visitors this year, we hope you enjoyed Cow Close as much as we enjoy welcoming you to this wonderful part of the Dales.
A strange year weather wise, wet to start with (to say the least) and a summer that never really happened with a very mild October.
We look forward to seeing you all again in 2025 when we re-open in early March.
Now it’s our time to Holiday, have a great Christmas and a wonderful New Year and we’ll see you in the Spring. Paul, Suz, Mark and Amanda.
