As the opening of purchases on Nusuk draws near, we would like to provide insights into the upcoming steps:

Today: We anticipate potential technical glitches, which may result in connectivity issues for most pilgrims. Our aim is not to cause concern, but rather to assure you that such occurrences are normal. Your role is to engage in plentiful Duas, maintain trust in Allah, and undertake necessary preparations (familiarize yourself with potential packages, recharge your E-wallet, acquaint yourself with the Nusuk website, ensure internet access, and cultivate patience).

Tomorrow and the day after InshaAllah: Situations are expected to stabilize, and your package selection and payment will likely be completed. Should any issues arise, please contact us via [email protected], where our dedicated teams operate online around the clock to provide support. Additionally, it's essential to verify the accuracy of your information and ensure comprehension of your purchase details.

Early next week: We anticipate the closure of sales and will commence contacting each pilgrim to select their desired Umrah date for the upcoming season, Insha'Allah, and secure their reservation.

Within 10 days InshaAllah: Our team will initiate contact with each pilgrim to confirm their purchase, preferences, flight details, and integrate them into the relevant WhatsApp groups. This process will continue until the end of Ramadan, InshaAllah.

Just after Ramadan: We will commence intensive courses and training sessions, both in-person and online, to adequately prepare you for Hajj InshaAllah.

The key is patience—this journey is a test of faith, and together, we will navigate it successfully, InshaAllah. Thank you for entrusting us with the opportunity to facilitate this esteemed pilgrimage.

The opening of bookings and payments for Hajj is scheduled for tomorrow, in sha Allah. It is said to be around 15:00 in the UK, in sha Allah.

In sha Allah, may there be no unforeseen events and may everyone be able to calmly choose their package.

It is important to have several backup packages, do not underestimate the demand compared to the supply.
