Healthcare scientists provide diagnostic testing & treatment for patients with respiratory & sleep disorders, and this week we would like to acknowledge and celebrate care workers who support those in need every day, regardless of circumstances, caring for some of the most vulnerable people in our society often with little recognition.

Today is Emergency Services Day 🚔🚑🚒 2 million people serve across the NHS and emergency services, including 250,000 first responders. All emergency services rely on volunteers who selflessly give up their time (such as Special Constables, Community First Responders, Volunteer Firefighters and Search and Rescue) in unpaid roles to save lives and protect us from danger👏 To all those currently serving, and to those who have served in the past, we thank you!
