Our Story

Who am I? Business owner of Pulse Fitness Adventures, Limavady. A unique gym offering indoor workouts and outdoor activities to everyone focusing on fitness, health and wellbeing.

With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, group activities, leadership and knowledge of the local area. I have also gained training in the following course: Safe Talk Awareness - Prevention of su***de, safe guarding, domestic violence / awareness raising / the impact on children & families, ACE level 1, Mindfulness & First aid / CPR.

My aim is all about fitness, health and wellbeing, it's about getting more people outdoors into nature so they can experience the health benefits it has to offer in both adults and children :

- Can improve ADHD in children

- Reduces stress

- Improves your emotional state

- Good for overall health

- Improves mental health and wellbeing

I am an outdoor girl who is passionate about what I do and I would love others to experience it with me. I would love to hear doctors telling their patients to 'take a hike' - prescribe nature or 'ecotherphy' instead of medication.

Pulse Fitness Adventure has so much to offer to the local community with daily classes, weekly hikes, challenging events, weekend retreats and team building days for local businesses, I can offer one to one sessions, small groups sessions, ladies only classes or events and community groups - I am growing a community, working closely with local businesses to bring you lots of exciting adventures for everyone to enjoy.
