🌺 Happy Mothers Day to my Mummy 🌺

Thank you for never leaving my side even when you’re exhausted.
Thank you for always being my voice and shouting loud for me so I get what I need.
Thank you for being my ambulance when I need to get hospital quickly and my nurse when I’m feeling poorly at home.
Thank you for making me feel safe when I’m scared.
Thank you for always cuddling me even when my Auntie Tash tells you Nanna B would be saying you’re spoiling me.
But most of all thank you for being the BEST Mummy in the world!!

As they say it takes a village to raise a child…. And they certainly got that right with Theo!!
So a shout out to Theo’s Nanna who is also there to support Kayleigh and Theo every step of the way!! From hospital runs to sitting with Theo so mummy can nip to the shop!! We all love you Shazza! You’re our rock! 😘

2023 what a year you have been. I think overall this year has been your best one yet Mr Theo, spending less time in hospital..... I think 🤔.......but we have had fun making memories along the way. Here's to 2024, it's going to be a good one baby boy, hopefully starting with getting the house sorted and then lots of fun in the sun with family and friends. I can't believe you are also.going to be 5!!! How did that happen 😱. Thank you again for every single one of you that has been there for us this year and supported us in one way or another, see you all in 2024, when our roar will be even louder 💙🦖

So after 9 weeks bouncing in and out of hospital, we finally have a happy boy back!
Please please please Theo can we stay at home this summer!

Theo is currently in QMC after being transferred from Lincoln by blue lights🚑🚑 on Friday so that his team of Doctors can work out what’s going on.

Since being admitted Theo has undergone lots of observations and tests to see why he is constantly asleep and not his happy self. Today we are starting to get nearer to some answers but as always it’s not a straight forward answer or plan of action and will mean Kayleigh and Theo will be in hospital for a little while yet.

This page was set up not only to help us raise funds to make Kayleigh and Theo’s home more accessible but because Kayleigh feels incredibly strongly about sharing their story and helping others understand what life is like for families with children who are medically complex. Long term she wants to create a charity which will give others the support they need as believe it or not there is no support system or charity set up to support families of children with Ohtahara syndrome.

💜💜This will be our last post on here as we are moving over to the group page as it is enables us to reach more people. As only 200 have joined the group from the 1000 followers on here can we ask you to please make sure you go to the group page and join it 💜💜

So today we should have been going to Rainbows for the week, but instead Theo decided to come to Rainforest ward at hospital yesterday instead 🙈, close Theo 🙈! I suppose at least it's not HDU this time, small wins and all that!
