Just had an interesting conversation with a friend, when I finished the call my wife agreed! The question asked of my friend and Madeleine, my wife 'Why don't I do cheaper holidays, family holidays etc?' Ultimately because some suppliers will undercut me, some are just cheap, that's business. Buying cheaper can be a gamble, will they provide the customer service you want, when things go wrong such as the flights that have been cancelled today?

I will work to your budget, but also provide the customer service that you don't get from the cheaper end of the market. That is why for the last 12 months, I have been saying 'it all starts with a conversation.'
