So that's us all closed down for the winter and will reopen in March.
Thankyou again to everyone who made our 1st season a success, and we hope to see you next year.

After a dark, foggy, then a beautiful sunny drive, I'm here! I've come to enjoy my last weekend break before the season comes to an end.
I'm making my list of jobs ready for the new season 👏 👏 👏 👏

this great 3 bedroom caravan at Chapel St. Leonards is on the Golden palm holiday park. offering everything you need for your holiday from onsite swimming pool, arcades, and club tropicana with nightly entertainment. ( Passes are not included in your booking. However, they be purchased at club tropicana reception.)

The van has a gas fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. And the windows and doors have just been updated to double glazing. we've also had under floor insulation fitted along with a wall mounted heater in the bathroom. Along with a selection of oil burner heaters also available in each room.

As a self-catering holiday, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a tabletop freezer, and a microwave. Also available is an Airfryer.
Online shops such as Tesco and iceland do deliver directly to the caravan.

Falcos van is a perfect place to relax and unwind and offers a smart tv and internet access.

It has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a bunk bed
The third bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be turned into a double.

There is one bathroom,which has a toilet, sink, and shower with a wall mounted heater

Linen is included in your holiday price, and beds will be made ready for your arrival to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
Check-in time is 3pm
and check-out is 10 am.
- Smoking inside is not allowed.
There is no parking available at the side
of the van, however, there is a carpark close by. (Very short walking distance)
- Pets are allowed at the property for a small charge and must be mentioned on booking. All we ask is they don't get left alone in the van.

All that being said... Thank you to everyone who stayed with us and made our first season a success! The diary for 2025 is now open, and July and August are already fully booked.
