How we started...
The holiday cottage was once an old stable block, which over the past months has been renovated into a stunning two-bedroom holiday cottage, each with modern en-suites. Situated within 3 acres of private land, the cottage makes for a delightful summer break to use the private patio for a barbecue, maybe a splash in the private swimming pool and a glass of wine in the hot tub.
Underfloor heating supplied by air source heat pump, and solar panels means the cottage is always warm - in the eventuality you do get a little chilly the wood burner is there when you are watching a film, all cosied up on the sofas.
Minting is a lovely village, there’s loads of walks and trails nearby, a quaint pub serving food, and a central location to the coast, Lincoln, Boston and Woodhall Spa. It is situated just off the A158 so access is easy.
