Introduce presumed liability for civil cases relating to certain road collisions, to shift the burden of proof. It would mean when vulnerable road users, e.g cyclists & pedestrians, claim against a more powerful road user (a driver), the driver would be presumed liable unless they prove otherwise.

OK I've got the route planned for the annual Reindeer Ride (it's a variation on the first reindeer shaped one I think) but this time out destination point will be Daisy Made!
Now the question is which date to people prefer.... Friday 13th or 20th December or alternatively Wednesday 18th December. Start time of 10am or 10.30am.

When I campaign for cycling infrastructure it's these types of cycles that I am campaigning for... because everyone should be enabled to cycle and that means making sure paths are wide enough, barriers account for the wider turning circle of a longer bine, and that inclines account for the added weight of having to cycle an extra adult passenger up it.

In March, Sustrans - in partnership with 23 cities and urban areas across the UK and Ireland - launched the Walking and Cycling Index 2023.

It’s the biggest-ever survey of walking, wheeling and cycling across 23 cities in the UK and Ireland 🚶‍♀️ 👩‍🦽 🚴‍♀️

The Index revealed that a majority (56%) of people want to see a shift in investment in road building schemes to fund options for walking, wheeling, cycling and public transport.
