Minibus Drivers Wanted!
Lingfield Minibuses are looking to hire a part-time and/or full-time driver to do school runs in the local area. There is also the option of private hire work in the evenings and at weekends.
You will need a minibus driving licence for this position.
The role is for Monday- Friday during school term times, and you will be paid for a minimum of 4 hours per day at a good rate.
The approximate hours for school runs are between 7-9am and 4-6pm, however these may vary slightly depending on the route.
The role would involve picking children up and transporting them to and from school.
There could also be an opportunity to cover private hire work during evenings, nights, weekends and school holidays if desired. Pay for this would be negotiable.
This role could suit someone who is recently retired but still holds a licence. It could also appeal to someone who is freelance or self-employed who is looking for the option of extra income.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, polite and able to able to communicate well with children, parents and school staff. The most important thing is the comfort and safety of passengers so you must be a careful, calm and considerate driver.
