In addition we have two en-suite bed & breakfast rooms with a secluded courtyard. Hill Farm, Little Massingham is a Georgian farm house, built in the traditional Norfolk brick and flint style. It is nestled in 17 acres of parkland and paddocks. Surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, with resident barn owls, hares, breeding English and French partridge, red kites, dragonflies amongst the more usua

l animals and insects. We have a beautiful walled garden and a newly painted hard tennis court. The B&B rooms are situated in a secluded courtyard at the rear of the property, accessed from a private drive. They have been newly converted from an old stable block and decorated to a exceptionally high standard, whilst retaining some of the original features.

Morning Gorgeous!! 🥰 our ‘new entry’ is doing well!! Must be one of the first red deer calves to be born in the country this year!! Growing in the sunshine. If you see one out walking and it looks all alone/dumped by it’s mother? ITS NOT!!! This is what deer do! (And humans too sometime!!) she will know exactly where it is, please don’t intervene 🙏 We still have space in our b&b (and odd snippets in the barns) for this summer, especially for multi night special deals!!! Come and see our new bambi!! &b

Lovely sunny day at Hill Farm Massingham ......getting ready to welcome old friends and new!! All our guests love coming back to see how last years deer have progressed, new ducks have hatched, foals have grown to teenage menaces.....even old barns developing new solar roofs!!!....always a 4legged welcome at Hill Farm!....Pip on duty today!
