When asked in this afternoon's panel on PDR and commercial to resi conversions at the Property Investor Show, I suggested that one likely route for a new Labour government to try and solve the current housing crisis would be to free up development in the Tory held shires whilst restricting PD opportunities in urban areas. Well, 2 hours later, this article appears in my feed.. This seems to be the first half of the prophecy.. Introductory drum roll for the 'grey belts'!

Delighted to have been appointed by Horsham District Council as their expert planning witness at a Public Inquiry to defend an appeal against 473 houses in the AONB of Horsham.

Hard work, especially with our appointment only two weeks before the Inquiry began, but we got there in the end.
