The view from Hope St if the original Lutyens design would of been completed. Work began in the late 1920’s, early 1930’s.

Apparently it would of been the Second biggest Roman Catholic Cathedral in the World. Sadly, it never got finished due to crippling costs and WW2.

Look, at todays Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, for me unusual but impressive. Completed in 1967, it is very modern but a jewel in our Crown.

It is affectionately nicknamed “Paddy’s Wigwam” by us Scousers.

Brilliant to see Historic England acknowledge the birth place of the late, great George Harrison, after all these years.

One of the most gifted and underrated Musicians of all time, his legacy will last a lifetime.

Liverpool Blitz Memorial.

A Mother with a baby in her arms, beckoning her young Son to safety from the bombs.

May 1941, Liverpool was badly hit & damaged during the Second World War. It’s an important page in our history, as an estimated 4,000 Merseyside civilians lost their life’s and other 10,000 injured.

The Sculpture was designed by the impressive Tom Murphy in the year 2000, it stands in the gardens of St Nicholas Church, which is a stones throw from the Royal Liver Building.

In the 1950’s our City was on its knees, but you can never keep us Scousers down. No one saw what the 60’s were going to bring, we were about to become the Centre of the Universe..

A fantastic second day with Geoff & Family yesterday. A Football tour with a trip to Anfield, Bill Shankly’s former home, the iconic Melwood Training ground and the current base at “The AXA” in Kirkby.

After a year of communicating it was my pleasure, I hope you learnt something on our two tours. Poor results aside, I could see and feel how much you loved being here👍🏻

It’s been a wild few weeks for me, a little breather of private tours now.

One of the last known photographs of John & Paul taken together in 1974. The photo of the two geniuses was taken at John’s rented apartment in Santa Monica, USA.

It was good to see the pair get closer, after the initial difficulties and animosity of the bands split in 1970.

Hard to believe this was taken 50 years ago!

A dream and bucket list for him, a fan since the 1974 FA Cup demolition of Newcastle. It was great to finally meet after the last few months of chatting.
