Just got a gorgeous message from a client whose brief was, Its our honeymoon and we want to experience Lapland to its fullest , They have done a husky ride in the day, and the night, a night in an glass igloo under the stars, reindeer farm and ride, snowmobile in the day and the night to see the Northern lights.

My clients are flying tomorrow evening. Since it's a flight to the Far East, check-in is available between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure, depending on the airline. If my clients live nearby, I will personally check them in, print their boarding passes, and deliver them. They’ve already received all other paperwork 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

For clients who live further away, I will still check them in and send their boarding passes via email and WhatsApp. If they have internal flights, I take care of their check-ins as well, so they can enjoy their trip without any stress.

A crazy but fun day yesterday, finalised an Orlando booking with a family of 9, helped them find the perfect Villa at the perfect time of year, can’t wait to help them start planning
