Here at Oakwards Travel , we are recruiting PCV / PSV drivers.
We have various hours of work available, including days, nights, weekends. We also have vacancies for self employed drivers (who work casual as and when hours) or employed drivers (who have contracted hours). This can be discussed and agreed at interview stage.
Good rates of pay.
Requirements:
-must have experience of driving a variety of vehicles, including mini bus, coaches.
-Must be willing to have a DBS check.
Must have a PCV licence and CPC.
Skills
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
- Maintain accurate records including receipts, walk around checks other required documentation.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps to ensure on-time services
-Regular cleaning of vehicles after each use.
