Need a change of scenery over Christmas and New Years? 🎄

Our holiday apartments are located in the centre of Liverpool, right near Liverpool One shops, popular nightlife spots, and just a short stroll to the beautiful Royal Albert Docks.

Pictured is our last available Large Studio, a favourite among our guests. It sleeps up to 3 adults, has a full kitchen, dining table, modern bathroom and original wooden beams! 😍

It definitely felt very festive walking around Liverpool One and Bold street this evening, can’t wait to go back to visit the Christmas markets and get some much needed present shopping done 🛍

Friendly reminder that we are still offering short term stays for anyone who needs to self-isolate or just needs a change of scenery✨
 
Due to the recent government announcement we have decided to temporarily offer longer (heavily discounted) stays over the winter months from 2 weeks to 3 months long. Don't worry, regular 2+ night stays are still available too if you fancy a little break from £50 per night!
 
The details: 
• 2 weeks minimum stays. 
• 3 months maximum. 
• Full amount to be paid before or on arrival. 
• £100 refundable deposit required. 
• Includes all bills and WiFi. 
• No housekeeping service during your stay due to COVID-19 precautions, however, weekly supply of fresh linen and towels provided and rubbish taken away. (All socially distanced of course) 
• No smoking or pets allowed. 
• Full kitchen with kitchen utensils and pans provided. 
• Modern bathroom in each apartment. 
• Very central location. 
• Suitable for 1-2 people per apartment.  
• Nearest launderette 2 min walk away. 
• is still open downstairs and they serve amazing food and drinks each day. 
 
Rates: 
Small Studio: £250 per week 
Large Studio: £260 per week 
One Bed Apartment: £270 per week
