We had a spectacular day trip to the Yorkshire Dales today! It’s a magical place full of incredible sights, tranquil scenery, and a visit truly feels like stepping into one of our favorite fictional universes. The 400 steps at Malham Cove are no problem for a true Harry Potter fan!

Day trip to the Yorkshire Dales from Liverpool - £45 (Pics 1-5 📸)

This trip includes a guided walk at Malham Cove-Malham Cove is a huge natural limestone cliff. At the top of the cove is a fine limestone pavement – which provides a wonderful viewpoint over Malham. This scenic spot was chosen for an iconic scene from the film ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1‘. From there we will visit Skipton for free time to enjoy a coffee or snacks. You can visit the quaint shops and cafes or take a stroll along the Leeds-Liverpool canal. We will finish the day by visiting the beautiful landscaped grounds of Bolton Abbey where you can sit by the river or explore the ruins of the 12th century Abbey and if you’re brave enough – cross the river via the stepping stones! This is a great experience in the British countryside 🥾🌿

Castles of Wales Day Trip from Liverpool - £49 (Pics 6-10 📸)

Visit the mighty fortress and World Heritage Site of Caernarfon Castle (entrance included) and the stunning setting of Dolbadarn Castle in Wales. Caernarfon Castle was one of Edward I’s most ambitious projects – and one of the most visited attractions in Wales due to its sheer size and impressive architecture. After visiting the castle we will have free time for lunch in Caernarfon town. Next it’s a visit to Llanberis and the scenic Welsh Castle of Dolbadarn – set on Llyn Padarn Lake at the base of the Snowdonia mountain range. A great beauty spot in the UK! This is an unforgettable experience exploring some of the most impressive historical sites in Wales! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏰

This world-famous visitor attraction dates back to the 12th century and the chapel inside is the oldest surviving building in Edinburgh. Check out the views from𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙑𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡 for some instagasmic pics!

2.𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥
For an easy climb, check out Calton Hill for some of the best panoramic views of the city skyline. It is home to some fascinating historical monuments and part of the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.

3. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞
As beautiful as it sounds! Haggis meals, whisky shops and the sound of bagpipes can be found on this stunning historical street that leads through the old town to the Castle. We’ve had a gorgeous October day out to the loveliest place man hath ever found today! Whether it’s rewarding ourselves after a 90 minute hike by biting into mouthwatering Grasmere gingerbread or taking in the last rays of sunshine over Derwentwater, it’s been a stunning way to spend a Saturday!
