This is the field in front of Rhoslwyn which we have turned into our own little nature reserve! At the moment the meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) and the Valerian (Valeriana officialis) are in bloom. Both provide à great source of nectar and pollen for our bees 🐝

Distance: 12.8km / 8 miles
Start: Cwmtydu or New Quay

Breathtaking views across Cardigan Bay along a section of the Ceredigion Heritage Coast. This route is a relatively challenging walk through National Trust land, Cwm Sodern and Cwmtydu.
