We enjoyed a lovely, misty 10k walk from Newcastle Emlyn to Cenarth at the weekend.

The amazing Crwst bakery have opened up an outlet in Newcastle Emlyn, so we picked up lunch there and then set off over the hills to Cenarth. No sight of the salmon leaping there at this time of year, but it's worth a trip in the autumn to see if you can spot them!

It’s a place where we can put down our devices and truly connect, looking one another in the eye and share stories in real-time. It’s where community groups gather to share ideas, local musicians and comedians find an audience, new faces are welcomed, and funds are raised for local causes.

They provide a sense of belonging that is hard to find anywhere else.

CALLING ALL PAST GUESTS! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Someone's written a mean review of us on Google. It's our first and only review there ... until today we did not even realise it was possible for anyone to comment on what we do in this way. This is all the more strange as we have no record of this lady ever having stayed with us, so we think she must have written it in error.
