Did you know that Llandeilo boasts nine fantastic pubs and drinkeries in and around town?
They are the true heart of our community, where there is always a warm comfy nook, a friendly face, a satisfying meal, a good drink, and the latest stories and news.
In a world that is increasingly online and remote - where screens dominate and our interactions are becoming more and more virtual - the pub stands as a comforting, unchanging refuge. It’s a place where we can put down our devices and truly connect, looking one another in the eye and share stories in real-time. It’s where community groups gather to share ideas, local musicians and comedians find an audience, new faces are welcomed, and funds are raised for local causes.
They provide a sense of belonging that is hard to find anywhere else.
So diolch, thank you, to our fantastic nine - for all that you do. We know the last few years have been rough to say the least. And Llandeilo - lets support our pubs as once gone they are gone forever (and after all you can’t get a good local beer on Facebook 🍻🍷).
