Our Shaky Bridge IPA, the customer favourite has been awarded a Great Taste Award.

Judged by no less than 6 experts of the Guild of Fine Foods, this award makes every 5am start and every 10pm bottling session worth it.

On Monday we delivered the last of the blister packs to Superdrug in Cardiff.

Each and every one of you who saved and dropped off, you made a difference. These bags will not be buried in the ground but recycled.

It would be great to see environmentally friendly alternatives produced at source though…

It's a beautiful day out there... perfect for the launch of the Dilly Dally Dod Geocache trail.

Testing and tweaking has been done with a few finds under their belt so go forth and treasure hunt those caches!

If you are new, we would suggest you read up a little bit on Geocaching as well as download the free app. In simple terms, you follow the app coordinates to find hidden caches, sign the log and replace whilst updating your online profile with the find.

Some caches contain 'swag' which is placed on a take one/leave one basis.

If you are struggling to find the cache, there is a hint listed on the app and comments will often give you a clue.

And on to our big announcement…

Our Tap Room is set to open on 2nd June, the new bar is in and cold room well on its way.

So we’re closed tomorrow as we collect equipment and make final decoration selections. We’ll also be closing for refurbishment in a couple of weeks and we can’t wait to get cracking!

On the upside, the extended bar for the Tap Room is taking shape and the cold room nearing completion.

On the downside, it's a bit of a building site with noise to boot so have taken the decision to remain closed today.

It will all be worth it once the taps are in and the beer is flowing though!

We are very excited to reveal a little something we've been working on for a while...

The Llandrindod Circular Geocache walk.

If you aren't familiar with Geocaching, it's a global treasure hunt game where you follow GPS coordinates through the free app to find a range of hidden caches. Once found, you sign the physical log as well as your online profile and rehide.

The caches vary in size and difficulty, some are very well disguised whilst others are hidden in plain sight. The larger will have 'stash' inside which can be taken and something else left for the next finder.

Keep your eyes peeled for updates when they go live for the illusive and prestigious FTF or 'First to Find'.

After a few weeks of distruption we are finally back to normal!

We have a few big announcements coming up as we evolve and change, the first of which is a bit of a downer I'm afraid.

We will no longer be able to collect blister packs from the end of April. As you may be aware, the packs are taken to Cardiff for recycling and we are losing our transport partner.

With everything else, we simply can't take on this task alone so unfortunately won't be able to continue.

We have 2 places available for next Tuesday's lampshade making workshop.

Having done the workshop ourselves with George & Honey - Custom Made Lampshades, we can highly recommend it. It's fun, informative and you leave with a wonderful handmade lampshade.

Two options are available depending if you want to bring your own fabric or chose from a range supplied on the night. Oh and did we say, coffee and cakes are provided too.

One of these is not like the others...

Our bottle return scheme is very popular but it's impossible to know how many are reused more than once as they all look the same.

Well except this one which we believe was once a cider bottle. So far it has found it's way back and been reused 5 times!

Call us nerds but that makes us do a little happy dance.

2 Shots of Dry Gin
3/4 of a shot of Lemon Juice
1/2 of a shot of Honey Syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
