This enchanting property is situated on our family beef and sheep farm in the heart of Mid Wales. It's set in its own grounds well away from the farm with well-maintained gardens and 3 lawned areas for guests use with ample private parking. It also offers total peace and quite yet it is only 1 mile from the local village of Llanyre, which has an outstanding public house with beautiful food. You wi

ll also find a children’s play area here in Llanyre and the old Church and churchyard can't be missed. Llandrindod Wells is only a short 3 mile drive and has all the facilities needed for a lovely refreshing and relaxing break in the countryside. Gwynfan is a great place to relax and unwind and a perfect base from which to explore central Wales. The Brecon Beacons are to the South, Snowdonia to the North and the beautiful coastal town of Aberyswyth to the West. Gwynfan has panoramic views stretching right towards the Radnorshire forests and Brecon Beacons in the distance. There are lots of wonderful walks, peaceful lanes to cycle and many mountain biking tracks. This area is a bird watchers paradise with red kites filling the skies, nature reserves, pony trekking and fishing are all on the doorstep.
