Llechwedd Meats is a family run business, the Roberts family have four generations of experience in farming and butchery businesses and have served customers with top quality produce for 100 years. The current business commenced 25 years ago selling meat from our farm to local catering establishments, and over the years, expanded to occupy several units in Gaerwen. In 2012 we moved to a purpose bu

ilt factory and cold store complex in Parc Bryn Cefni in Llangefni, Anglesey. The new factory was built to provide a unit of 15,000 square feet – cold storage for 180 pallets, an ultra modern cutting facility to accommodate the increased demand for Quality Welsh Beef, Lamb, Home Cured Bacon and Gammon, Sausages and meat products. Llechwedd Meats Ltd now supplies the catering trade throughout North Wales and we are the premier Specialised Welsh Catering Butcher for Local Authorities, Large Chains and Care Homes. We cure and slice our own Bacon and Gammon and have won numerous awards for quality and taste. We also debone Beef, Pork and Lamb carcasses on site to our customer’s strict specifications. Our local staff prepare award winning Sausages and Burgers for ultimate freshness and taste. Our own farm produces quality stock from lush pasture. All our livestock is slaughtered as close as possible to the factory to reduce food miles, stress on livestock and contributes to reducing our carbon footprint. We also have our own car park which is free to our customers.
