Does anyone else have a problem with their dust bins being constantly used by dog walkers putting poo bags in them.
Its not that i'm being mean,its having to clean the bin when the bag bursts.

An update from Megan’s.

We have had a bit of a hockey cockey scenario this last week with payments coming in for potential bookings and then refunding the booking a couple of days later .This is due to the new lock down regulations in various parts of the country, my poor fingers got digit ache refunding and adjusting my bookings calendar, my bookings diary looks as if my grandchildren have been writing in it and that’s an insult to their writing, I think it would look better if they had. The dairy now has white labels stuck over the cancelled bookings with one date having been cancelled 3 times another twice, I dread the phone ringing or being messaged. Thankfully both bookings have now been rebooked and I hope they will stay that way.
My poor housekeeper Davena has to rearrange the changeover schedule nearly daily as things are constantly evolving.
It’s a sign of the unprecedented times we live in at the moment, with the main priority to staying safe!

I had just finished writing this update for Megan’s Cottage when I had yet another cancellation, its for:
Half Term Week 23rd to 30th October

We are keeping up with government advice and sadly we can now only accommodate groups of six adults. Welsh guidelines state that children are not included in that number. (🙂) Currently we have limited availability for these 2020 dates:
9th-12th October
6th-9th November
20th-27th November

It so nice to get positive feedback from our guests,which thankfully its most of the time.That is thanks to our brilliant Housekeeping Team and Gardener,who keep Megan s**c and span,through good change over days and bad and when I say bad you don't want to know the state poor Megan is left in by some guests!Thankfully that does not happen often,as it can be very challenging for our housekeepers in these uncharted times.

Exceeded Expectations
Comment: We have just returned from an incredible few day at Megan’s cottage. The views were spectacular, and the location was ideal for day trips into Llangollen and surrounding areas. The cottage and gardens are immaculately presented. There was a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. 9 of us stayed at the cottage and there were plenty of spaces to sit if you fancied five minutes to yourself. A truly special place. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.
