Because sometimes, the best travel companion? You.

And I don’t even know you yet but I’m confident when I say that you deserve to give yourself space to recharge, reflect, and do exactly what you want, when you want, including but not limited to cozying up in the hotel’s lush bathrobe and ordering room service.

➡️ Chasing Waterfalls in Iceland 💦 – Iceland is basically Mother Nature at her very best. You can spend all day hiking past waterfalls, hot springs, and black sand beaches, and still feel like you’ve only scratched the surface. Best part? It’s one of the safest places in the world for solo female travelers.

➡️ Cafe-Hopping in Paris with a Good Book – There’s an art to doing absolutely nothing in Paris, and solo travelers get it. Grab a table at a sidewalk café, order a café crème, and people-watch like it’s your job. Bonus points if you bring a book and pretend you live there.

➡️ Hiking the Cliffs of the Algarve, Portugal – Perfect for solo travelers who want adventure and a little “OMG this is gorgeous” moment. The coastline views? Unreal. And the little hidden coves you’ll find along the way? Even better.

➡️ An Outdoor Hammam Experience in Marrakech – Picture this: Warm, scented steam, an invigorating body scrub, and a full-on ritual that leaves you glowing. It’s like a deep clean for your soul.

Spring is when nature shows off, and some places take it to a whole new level.

Think cherry blossoms so stunning they don’t look real, tulip fields that stretch for miles, and hidden spots where spring flowers steal the show.

The Greek Island to visit when you want all the beauty but none of the chaos👇
That would be (drumroll please)..... Naxos.

When most people think of the Greek Islands they picture a Santorini sunset or nightlife in Mykonos, but let me tell you a little bit more about Naxos, because I’m in love!

Naxos has golden beaches to kick back and relax on, cute little mountain villages to stroll through, and of course, all of the gorgeous sunsets and delicious Greek food like the other islands.

When clients want to hop through the Greek Islands but want a bit more of a peaceful experience, I always recommend Naxos as a pitstop.

Here's a quick overview of what you should expect for that luxury cruise to celebrate your big milestone.

➡️ Ultra-Luxury Cruise Lines (like Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn, or Silversea):

These start from around £3,000 per person for a 7-day cruise, with more exclusive suites and longer itineraries easily going up to £10,000-£30,000+ per person.

➡️ Luxury Ocean Cruises (like Oceania, Viking Ocean, or Azamara):

Expect to budget £2,000-£8,000 per person for a 7- to 10-day cruise, with higher prices for suites or longer voyages.

Things like cabin type, destinations, shore excursions, and spa days will also impact how much you should budget.

A quick story about a trip I just booked ⬇️

My client had already spent about 10 hours researching and searching the web for information on Turkey before coming to me.

See the thing about Turkey is I‘ve been there a few times. I’ve stayed at different resorts, tried the food, visited the local landmarks and have a very good sense as to what experience one would get at a typical venue making it a lot quicker and easier for me to narrow down the options.

I know what experiences and tours are absolutely worth your time.

In the end we narrowed down their hotel to two options:

Option 1: The Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme: A fabulous ultra all inclusive 5* beach resort with something for all ages. This resort is an incredible family holiday option without sacrificing luxury and the breath-taking scenery whilst being on the beach is a luxury worth having.

Option two: Concorde de Luxe, Lara: This ultra all inclusive 5* hotel is situated on Lara Beach, and boasts an elegant landscaped pool area with palm trees and waterslides, making it a perfect retreat in Antalya for families.

And all it took was a discussion and a couple of emails! Stay tuned to see which one they pick.

Mexico is so much more than Cancun!

And yes — Cancun is amazing. But if you’re looking for something different, here’s a few ideas:

Isla Mujeres
🌴 Postcard-perfect beaches without the crowds
Just a 20-minute ferry ride from Cancun, Isla Mujeres feels like a hidden gem. Think crystal-clear water at Playa Norte, vibrant local charm, and epic snorkeling with colorful marine life. It’s a quiet escape where time slows down, and yes, you can still sip margaritas by the beach.

Holbox
🏝️ This tiny island feels like a secret slice of paradise.
Holbox is where I send clients who want untouched beauty and a slower pace. No cars, just sandy streets, boutique hotels, and flamingos casually hanging out on the shore. Plus, the bioluminescent waters at night? Total bucket list material.

Playa del Carmen
☀️A little more action, but with a local twist.
Playa del Carmen is all about variety. Stroll Quinta Avenida for vibrant restaurants and shops, or head to quieter beaches just outside the main area. I always recommend a day trip to Cozumel for incredible snorkeling or diving, it’s just a ferry ride away.

2025, we’re ready for you! 🎊

Sitting here, reflecting with gratitude on an amazing 2024.

2024 was filled with so many great travel memories - Dubai, Sorrento, Bilbao, Miami, Disney and moments that pushed me out of my comfort zone like taking that leapt and taking Lets Go Travel to a wedding fayre and moments to celebrate like planning the perfect Christmas and New year escape to a very good and loyal client.

I’m especially grateful for all of the support I have received from friends and family who have not only continued to book with me but also recommended me to their family and friends - all these connections are critical to the success of my small business.

As I look ahead to 2025, I’m feeling excited, inspired, and ready for all the adventures and opportunities to come.

This year, I’m focused on:

💡 Helping my clients with yet another year of fabulous trips including a an incredible 150th birthday celebration abroad and a very special honeymoon.

🌍 Adding new pins to my personal travel map - although ive picked up the worst habit of now planning everyone's else's travel before my own, making our family trips very last minute. That said, we do have a wondering luxury staycation and a trip to Disney booked so far :)

The destination you didn’t know you needed on your radar for 2025 if you’re celebrating an anniversary, a big milestone, or want to get away on a romantic adventure, just because!

Now, Kauai. Let me just say — the Na Pali Coast isn’t just a backdrop for epic photos (though it is absolutely stunning). This island is for you if you’re into jaw-dropping hikes, laid-back beach days, and waterfalls so dreamy they’ll make your Instagram followers jealous.

I once had a couple looking for adventure and romance (yes, you can totally have both). One day, they were kayaking along the Wailua River, and the next, they were enjoying a private picnic overlooking Hanalei Bay. Their verdict? “We’re never going back to cookie-cutter vacations.”

Here’s the thing: Kauai isn’t for the “been there, done that” crowd. It’s for the couples or families who want to skip the more touristy Hawaiian hotspots like Oahu or Maui and crave something unique, intimate, and unforgettable. Clients just home from Kauai and Honolulu said exactly that and were absolutely thrilled that I encouraged them to split stay and visit is island of Kauai as it turned out to be their fav spot!

I am SO glad I didn’t miss this opportunity for my client! 👇

Last year, a client booked a trip to Mauritius and came to me with a very clear budget in mind.

I always honour my clients‘ budgets of course, but based on their list of things they wanted I knew they would enjoy the oceanview suite over the standard room, I mean, who wouldn’t?!

The problem? It was technically out of budget.

Out of budget within the week they originally wanted, that is.

I knew my clients had a bit of a flexible timeline for their trip and a simple tweak to the week they booked meant that we could shave a bunch of money off the cost and get them that ocean view suite at just a little over their budget.

I’m SO glad I have great relationships and can take suggestions to my clients, and that they trust me to do what‘s in the best interest of their all too valuable vacation time.

Spoiler alert: they had NO regrets about the little extra they spent for the view and I’m so happy we could make it all work. In fact, they arrived home and advised that htey were so grateful for my recommendations that they will be telling everyone they know!!

✅ A spontaneous flight to somewhere unforgettable - YES

✅ Morning coffee watching the early morning sun over the ocean on a beautiful island - YES

✅ Learning to make pasta somewhere in the Tuscan hills - HECK YES!

2025 can and SHOULD be the year you say yes to more of the things you’ve always wanted to do and since my brain thinks in travel my mind immediately goes to hopping on planes and taking trips and making that impossibility a possibility. The travel business holds the key to it all!!!

So this is me nudging you to say yes to travel too!
