If you're feeling down now that Wimbledon and the Euros are over, we have good news for you... 👀 Today marks the start of the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics - another opportunity to support British talent 🇬🇧

Life surprises you when you least expect it 🎉The same can be said for staycations, as Catalina found out on a spontaneous trip to the Pembrokeshire Coast last year 🧳 Here's what she had to say trip...

"Having not been able to travel for a long period of time during a pandemic, going on my first staycation in 2020 was an memorable experience. As my plans for the summer were non-existent and limited (due to restrictions), my family and I decided to bite the bullet and go on an adventure to the Pembrokeshire Coast. In all honesty, I didn't know what to expect as this was a destination I was unfamiliar and I wasn't sure what travelling during a pandemic would be like. Little did I know it would soon become one of my favourite trips.

The highlights of my trip were...
🏖 - wandering around the picturesque coastal town Tenby (a must-see).
🏄‍♀️ - breathing in the invigorating sea air and watching surfers at Whitesands Bay.
🌊 - visiting the Boathouse in the pretty town of Laugharne (where the Welsh Poet Dylan Thomas lived).

Pride Month may have ended but celebrations haven’t in Bristol! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

have arranged a series of exciting events this year to celebrate Pride including the return of the LGBTQ+ Arts Trail. This exciting event will be running throughout July and is a collaboration with local artists.

Each exhibit is interactive with QR codes (allowing you to donate to a variety of charities) and a special Spotify code which will take you to a playlist made especially for the arts trail.
