With temperatures dipping, we're reaching for hot cocktails that are as warming as they are delicious. To make this apple pie punch, simply:
- add all of the ingredients (bar the rum and ice cream) in a pan, and warm gently
- once the apple juice is warm, whisk in the ice cream until frothy
- pour a little rum into each glass, and top up with the hot punch
