Seeing photos of the current preparation for the coronation reminded me of a recent tour I did in Paris and a visit to the Palais Garnier. I do appreciate the beauty of that place.

Personally I think the monarchy belongs in a museum with all the other out dated relics of history.

I do look forward to Charles first act as a coronated king returning that diamond to India...

A shock to us all, the tour guiding community lost a real gent this week.

We trained together and he always brought the banter.

His daughter is in Australia and we want to help get her back to the UK at this tragic time.

I'm very slowly bringing my website together which fingers crossed should launch in time for my favourite time of year, Halloween.

Whether you are a royalist or not the Queen provided continuity to all our lives.

As crowds gather in central London I have made the decision to not run any tours around White Hall and St James for the next few weeks.

It is also not in good taste for me to run Top Secret Tourist until the Queen is laid to rest.

God save the King and may RMT not move their suspended strikes to a later date

Sometimes I get crippling imposter syndrome.
I'm not your typical guide, I'm get political, I swear like a sailor, I'm really not kid friendly unless I'm doing a child friendly tour but I am funny, I can tell a good story, I remember facts easily.

I am a good tour guide, I work hard and you can find me on London's streets

I can't promise I won't call the Tories wankers though, in fact I probably will
