A job offer from an employer is required because the employer is required to sign a petition on your behalf to support your work permit visa application.

After your H-1B visa, after arriving in the US, you can apply for an EB-3 visa for the skilled worker category to obtain a US Green Card.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree, PHD, or 10 years of work experience in your field of speciality.
