Organic, seasonal produce is sourced from local suppliers who are passionate about their food and handpick their produce for its superb flavour and humane farming practices. For the past 15 years, Jane Alty has cooked professionally and worked with some of the best chefs in the industry at several of London’s top restaurants including Bibendum, Galvin at Windows and Racine. After joining executive chef David Thompson’s team at the Michelin-starred Nahm, her specialism turned to traditional Thai cooking. This experience has given her an invaluable insight into Thai culture and how to cook this deeply complex and demanding cuisine. Jane's career has introduced her to a variety of different cuisines, cultures and cooking styles. This scope and variety is one of the many reasons she wants to take restaurant cooking into the home for a more unique, personal and fun experience.
