The eagerly awaited launch date for packages tailored to pilgrims’ preferences and the activation of the digital wallet.
We would like to put an end to all the uncertainty and officially announce the date for the launch of the packages and the availability of the digital wallet to deposit funds.
This will happen on 20th Rajab, which is just six days from today — a very short time.
The goal of launching these packages early, compared to previous years, is to provide pilgrims with the maximum possible time to recharge their digital wallets and deposit funds with ease.
When will sales begin?
Sales for packages for group flights will start on 10th Sha’ban, while the sales for the Global packages, which are available to 126 countries, will begin on 15th Sha’ban.
The period from 20th Rajab to 10th or 15th Sha’ban is intended to give pilgrims sufficient time to deposit funds into their digital wallets through multiple payment methods and in flexible instalments, instead of requiring large lump sums at the time of purchase.
This was the announcement by the Ministry of Hajj today at the Annual Hajj Conference & Exhibition in Jeddah
