To mark 130 years of excellence at Le Cordon Bleu we have designed a series of short courses which celebrate both classic French techniques and modern innovation in the culinary arts.

The first course will reimagine "Poulet Reine Elizabeth" now widely known as Coronation Chicken, which was first created in 1953 by Le Cordon Bleu London to be served at the Coronation Luncheon of Queen Elizabeth II. During this course you will learn how to make a version of Coronation Chicken which retains the core idea of the dish, while updating it for a modern palate.

Join Le Cordon Bleu Head Pâtisserie Chef Julie Walsh as she guides you through the techniques to make a special dish created by her to celebrate International Women's Day in this one off workshop.

The 'Baba Sabrina' also represents the moment in Le Cordon Bleu's 130 year history that Le Cordon Bleu was immortalised on the silver screen. Inspired by the 1954 romantic comedy-drama Sabrina, which stars Audrey Hepburn in the title role alongside Humphrey Bogart, Baba Sabrina is a plated dessert consisting of a jasmine infused yeast cake with wild strawberry and lime cream.
