Looking to boost your marina income?

Are you looking for ways to increase your income without investing huge sums in adding further berths, we at Ocean House Marine may have the answer.

Love them or hate them, floating lodges of all types are making their way into marinas throughout the UK.  And there is a good reason for the marina operator. 

If you introduce floating lodges to your site, you will get an instant payout.  Some locations are doubling the price of the lodge when sold with a marina berth lease. This gives you a boost to your revenue stream as a one off payment.

However, it does not stop there as you will get an increase in marina fees over the years.  An increase in electricity charged and they will all need pumping out once a month.

This is why you see these lodges being moored from the smallest to the most expensive marinas in the UK.

The 400 range has proved successful in both the one and two bedroom configuration selling over and over again throughout Europe. The team are redesigning the layout and giving the boat a fresh lease of life.

Improvements include a new staircase at the rear giving better access to the Sky-lounge. The stairs will make it easier for people to go up to the upper deck and now have a handrail running the whole length.  The stairs also incorporate the service room that was originally located on the starboard side at the rear.  This now helps to free up space in the rear cabin.

The rear cabin now being larger, you have space to walk on each side of the bed, with the addition of two small bedside tables on each side of the Queen size bed.

If you choose the two bed layout the second bedroom can now be fitted with bunk beds from the factory,  perfect if you wish to accommodate children in separate beds.

The galley has been redesigned to give more work surface space for the chef and the saloon is larger allowing enough room for a breakfast bar.

The windows have been redesigned and now give more light into the boat and help to bring the landscape into view through the picture double glazed windows.

The interior has been redesigned with the addition of a grey finish incorporating a ridged hard wood finish to areas of the walls breaking up the design and giving a more four star feel. Each boat is still fitted with our LED lighting system.

These boats are available to order as of now for the twenty twenty four season.
