The flagship SpinRX class (devised by Kimberley herself and exclusive to the Peach Physique Studio) utilises the spinning bikes to provide an extremely intensive HIIT workout maximising heart rate, with quick intensive cycles that push each individual's cardiovascular system to their limit, before seamlessly transferring to the TRX to fatigue each major muscle group in order to develop long lean muscles, focusing particularly on strengthening the core.
