Last Thursday, the bb team stepped out of the office to celebrate the festive season with a Christmas party to remember! 🎉 In the weeks leading up to the event, we had a fun challenge: put our own spin on iconic film trailers. From rom-coms turned thrillers to comedies transformed into murder mysteries, our talented in-house editing team truly brought our wild ideas to life. 🎬✨

We kicked off the day by watching the finished trailers on the big screen, with prizes for the most creative. Afterward, we enjoyed drinks, a delicious 3-course dinner at , and plenty of dancing 🥂💃

A fantastic way to wrap up an amazing year and celebrate the hard work of the entire team ✨

We had the privilege of delivering an unforgettable event at Dubai’s stunning Fairmont The Palm, bringing together IT leaders from across the globe 🌎.

It was a fantastic experience, from energising sunrise beach workouts to networking dinners under the stars. The two conference days were filled with inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, and masterclasses.

Graduation Roadshow, Mexico 🇲🇽💫

Last week saw 150 Graduates from 14 countries across the Americas region unite in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, for a 3-day event managed by bb.

Designed to celebrate their achievements following completion of a 2-year training course, the event included a white-themed welcome party, wellbeing activities, charity partnership, gala dinner, and the graduation ceremony itself! 🎓

Did you know it’s International Day of Charity? BB were recently able to deliver a rewarding CSR activity for our clients in Mexico 🇲🇽

We partnered with , a humanitarian project made up of homes and care centres for vulnerable groups in Cancun.

Delegates volunteered 3-hours of cleaning, gardening, and painting all areas of the centre, as well as transforming an empty room into a new school library complete with donated books. Between tasks, they kept the elderly residents company and challenged the children to a friendly game of football! 🧹📚🪴

Our Awards Ceremony in Istanbul celebrated Super Star employees... Under the Stars! 🌟💫

BB created an immersive experience using a tilted screen and blue uplighting to give the illusion of dining by starlight. The theme was simple, elegant and effective 🌌

Our latest incentive event in Cancun culminated with a unique Mayan themed Gala Dinner.

BB transformed the ballroom for the final night, inviting guests to journey deep into the jungle 🗺️

Theming included foliage, large symbolic props, floral table centres, menus branded with the Mayan calendar, a stone-textured dance floor, and an arched temple-like stage with screen content featuring a waterfall!

The atmosphere was complete with two spectacular performances from Mayan dancers 🗿🌿

Employee of the Year - Cancun, Mexico 🇲🇽

135 EOY Americas winners were invited to an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun to celebrate their hard work!

Employees got to enjoy a Mexican themed welcome dinner, wellbeing, CSR, offsite activities including a visit to Chichén Itzá, and a Mayan themed awards ceremony 🏆

BB were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event including delegate management, branding, production, theming, and more! Smashed it 🪅

Back in May, we held 2 back-to-back Graduation events in Sofia, Bulgaria 🇧🇬🎓

300 delegates were invited to complete their training course and graduate at the end of it, with wellbeing, CSR, and a gala dinner to celebrate their achievements.

The BB team managed both events over a 2-week period, with the client praising our delivery and outstanding level of professional service. Great work! 👏

Did you know it’s ? 🌎♻️

During our recent festival event, we partnered with local company who provided bins across the site and monitored waste disposal.

On our side, we encouraged attendees to make a difference via our event app and social communications as well as onsite signage 🗑️🍌

Food trucks were asked to provide compostable alternatives to plastic, and smoothie bike cups were sourced with biodegradability in mind🥤

Overall, we diverted a grand total of 3,828 pounds from landfill! Here’s to a greener future in events.
