Roasted silver cod with champagne and honey is a guest favourite with delicate flavours of sweet honey with umami soy and crisp champagne. Whilst the cod fillet bakes in the oven, the bone is left in to enhance the flavour of the fish. A soy and honey glaze is applied and then grilled on a bed of spring onions until golden brown. The bone is gently removed before plated with a generous serving of champagne sauce.

Introducing Chef Keith at Hakkasan Hanway Place and Chef Michael at Hakkasan Mayfair, who are proudly included in our Hakkasan Executive Chef Dinner celebrating the Michelin stars of Hakkasan across the globe.

For one night only on Tuesday 13th June at Hakkasan Mayfair, guests can enjoy a specially curated menu from the Hakkasan Executive Chefs of Hanway Place, Mayfair, Dubai and Abu Dhabi for £188 per person. The menu features dishes representative of each Michelin-starred restaurant and is only available for the first 50 guests who order from 6pm onwards.

Smoked beef ribs with jasmine tea is a signature dish created by our Chef, Tan.

Each step in creating the smoky, tender and umami-rich beef is meticulous. Chef specially selects British beef and sears until golden brown before slowly braising in a spiced soy sauce stock. Later, he smokes it with jasmine tea and rice, and Chinese brown sugar.

The meat is delicately sliced and served with a thickened braising sauce, garnished with a red wine infused lotus root, jasmine flower and tea leaf.

Recommended by our Head of Wine, Chris Delalonde, to pair with Gramercy Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon. Its flavour profile of dark berries, fresh mushroom and oak complements the beef wonderfully.
