Top of the list of 2024 resolutions MUST be living better, through using data. It's all at our fingertips now. A simple example, is that we can tell you exactly how many reps of which specific exercise will achieve your goal. Then prescribe, remind and track it through our patient app.
Across the board, the evidence is overwhelmingly in favour of Lifestyle Medicine; prevention, tracking and implementation of results against personalised plans accordingly. That's why I'm studying Lifestyle Medicine, even through the holidays.
This is literally the only way we will resolve our health crisis - making space for infectious disease treatment rather than chronic lifestyle diseases that clog up the system - and achieve the abundant, incredible quality of life that is absolutely available to us in today's world (wherever geographically possible, anyway).
