Each Dua and Supplication produced by the Muslims into the Allah Almighty must be produced out of the belief it will be confessed by our merciful Lord if it's in the very best of our worries.
"Your Lord, the Blessed and the Exalted One, is Modest and Generous, and He loathes to turn off His slave empty-handed when he lifts his hands in supplication." (Narrated by Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah.)
But, there are several Times and particular places especially in Makkah and Medina where one's Dua is surely accepted.
Each Muslim understands that if he'll make a supplication facing Ka'aba or by where Ka'aba is observable, there's absolutely no possibility that his supplication won't be granted.

Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (PBUH) said, "Your
Supplication will be answered if you're not impatient, and should you not say,'I supplicated but my supplication wasn't heard'."Though Some areas are best for the approval of Supplications and dua'as, the Muslims must understand that the doors of Mercy and approval of Allah are available all the time. The guidance of Allah and His apostle (PBUH) encourages the Muslims to always pray to their merciful and Generous Lord because the supplication of a believer is indeed a worship of his Lord according to our beloved Prophet (PBUH) and reported by Nu'man b. Bashir:
"Verily supplication is worship."
