Isn’t it weird that most transport companies seem to care more about their machinery and procedures than the passengers they’re supposed to be serving.
Snap does transport differently. We use technology to connect intercity travellers with coaches and drivers usually reserved for VIPs, luxury tours and elite sports teams.
We use technology to predict when people want to make trips, so the most popular departure times are already set up on the system, before you even ask for them.
We use technology to give you low prices, even at popular times, when other companies try and charge the most.
We use technology to tell you when you’re likely to get to your destination, and we show you a real-time map of your coach is right now.
We use technology to help the driver help you. And we use technology to learn which drivers and coaches you like the best, so we can make sure you get them more often.
Most importantly we treat our passengers like people not prisoners. No more ticket machines and barriers, no more computerised-voices apologising for the inconvenience they’ve already caused.
When you book with with Snap, you can do it online on your mobile in seconds. There’s no app to download. You don’t need a ticket; or even a barcode. Just tell the driver your name (I know, a person talking to a person!) He/she will have your details already.
And if you need any help with your booking, or your trip, we have real people for you to message or talk to, who can sort things out.

TWELVE great things about Snap?
We give you prices, no one else can beat
● We put on coaches only when there’s enough demand, so we can keep fares low, just when our competitors are charging the most.
● Coaches are cost effective to run and have the lowest carbon footprint of any form of motorised intercity transport
The coaches are amazing
● They’re owned by independent, private-hire companies who usually do luxury tours and exclusive bookings for executive groups.
● These coaches have never previously been available to intercity travellers. Most have plug sockets and WiFi; an increasing number have table seats, so you can work. We even have some premier league football team coaches.
We treat you like a person, not a prisoner
● We have a dedicated team of real people based in our main office in London who you can talk to on the phone and chat with on Facebook messenger. There’s no call centre, they’re right here with the directors and the operations and tech team.
● Snap drivers are friendly and helpful
Booking is easy peasy
● When you book with with Snap, you can do it online on your mobile in seconds. There’s no app to download.
● You don’t need a ticket; or even a barcode. Just tell the driver your name (I know, a person talking to a person!) He/she will have your details already.
Pick up points and drop off points are convenient
● We don’t think you should have to go into the city to get out of the city. We place pickups and drop offs where they’re most convenient for the passenger.
You can track your coach on your phone
● You get a text to a link with a real time tracker so you can see exactly where your coach is. You don’t have to worry that you’ll miss it, or that you don’t have time to grab a coffee.
You always get a seat
● Instead of paying hundreds of pounds to stand on a train, we guarantee you a seat; we also give you the opportunity to book the seat next to you, if you want a bit more space.
Snap coaches go direct
● We’re not interested in adding a ‘dog leg’ to your journey to sell more tickets. We want to take you on the most direct route.
We use customer feedback to select operators for new journeys
● After each trip, every customer is asked to rate their trip 1-5. We use an algorithm driven by these ratings to offer new trips only to the best performing operators.
● Drivers are directly incentivised to be friendly and helpful and operators are directly incentivised to use their best, and newest vehicles. This is something that the national coach networks simply cannot do.
Customers love us!
● We have over 350 Facebook reviews with an average of 4.8 stars. We have 75 Google reviews at 5 stars.
We support independent businesses
● Most of the operators we use are independent, family firms who care about quality and customer service, in a way the big coach networks cannot. Snap gives them access to a whole new part of the travel sector and a great way of growing their businesses.
