Remember, life is short. It’s important to have fun while building your property portfolio!! 😜
Our contractor broke his spirit level, so we bought him a nice shiny new one with a cute little bow.

Leaving a personal message for guests will increase your ratings guaranteed! We started doing this early in our hosting journey and it immediately paid huge dividends. The best part, it doesn’t cost anything, and you can have your cleaner do it for you when cleaning the apartment.Guests love to feel special. This is a perfect way to achieve that. #Airbnb #Superhost #hostingsuccess

Want to create even more value out of your short-term rental space? Have your living room double as a second sleeping area.
If your living room is a separate room or can easily be converted into a separate room, then you should!
Remember, short term guests don’t need as much space as long term guests. What’s more important are the essentials; the comforts you provide and the convenience.
This is one of our Airbnb properties where we installed a simple screen which easily opens and closes.
In the living room we placed a daybed (a bed that doubles as a sofa).
By adding this, we transformed a one-bed into a two-bed that now sleeps four and doubles as a living room and has almost doubled our revenue for this property.
It cost us a day’s work and less than $500!
That’s adding value to your Airbnb!
You don’t need much to get started on your Airbnb journey. This was our first Airbnb! It was a dump (scroll to second photo in the carousel), but it had potential (yes, I mean literally a dump). Think you can’t start that Airbnb business you’ve always wanted because your place is too small, or too old, or because you think you need thousands to refurbish or furnish it?Think again! Our first Airbnb was just a tiny studio we lived in. The room hadn’t been refurbished in over 40 years and the furniture was older than me, and that’s saying something ☺But we saw potential and so we transformed this little space into our personal haven which also doubled as an Airbnb. We listed it, and it more than paid for our vacations and helped us to take on our second Airbnb. More on that later. If you’re thinking of starting an Airbnb to earn extra income, to help move you upward on that success ladder, don’t wait, act now and start right where you are! You’ll look back in one year and be amazed at how quickly good things happen.#airbnb #airbnbjourney #startairbnb
We can make excuses or we can take action! In my experience, action cures all.
