This restaurant is a combination of two restaurants in one. Downstairs, you have The Counter, an intimate Spanish tapas bar where the chefs prepare the small plates. Upstairs is El Asador which offers a more rustic feeling. The menu focuses on sharing dishes cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven. On the ground floor space, there is a separate bar area - Menu.

The menu at Brat has strong Basque influences, as a family-run restaurant in Getaria inspired the restaurant. Besides Turbot, Brat also serves smoked cod, grilled peas, oysters, and more. Galetti gained fame for being a judge on Masterchef: Professionals and runs this restaurant with her French husband, David. Since 2017, Mere has served quality dishes inspired by the French cuisine with an occasional nod to the South Pacific because of Galetti's time living in New Zealand - Menu.
