Family visa fees , such as Spouse/Partner, are going up from £1,846 to £1,938 for applicants outside the U.K. If you are applying inside the U.K. , the fee is going up from £1,258 to £1,321. This is for Spouse/Partner extensions after the initial 2.5 years, switching from another category (Student , Graduate, YMS, work etc)....
