Our Story

The UK's premier PADI Scuba Diving and Travel Centre.

Oyster’s founder Mark was working as an instructor around the world. On returning to the UK he couldn’t believe how poor the standards and levels of professionalism was in this country.

In 2006 Mark formed Oyster Diving with the aim of giving customers the highest level of PADI scuba diving training, offering holidays to amazing destinations and having a fun and friendly club.

Since forming we have been recognised by PADI for our contribution to recruiting new divers to the industry, we have twice won UK dive centre of the year and our instructors have also won awards including ‘instructor of the year’. We are now the 3rd largest certification dive school in the country and we are proud to have made many life-long friends.
