• Responsible for managing and developing relationships with our suppliers.
• Identifying new supplier opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring strong partnerships.
• Responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to suppliers, resolving any issues that may arise, and driving growth through effective supplier management.
• Following up on feedback from internal departments about issues impacting the customer experience, resolving and responding as needed to resolve and close cases.
