Purple Ski has been offering catered chalet holidays in Méribel since 1991; our portfolio of chalets has evolved over the years and this season we are pleased to offer five of Méribel's finest chalets, as well as one of Courchevel 1850's and three of Val d'Isere's. We are very excited to announce that as of 2020, we have four luxury villas on our Purple S

ummer portfolio. Two luxury villas in Northern Mallorca and the South of France. We intend to keep our portfolio intentionally small, providing exceptional villas and impeccable cuisine.

Children love staying with Purple Ski 💜, and so do their parents! We’re always looking for ways to make your holiday and your children’s happy and hassle-free.

For instance, our chauffeured minibuses mean you don’t have to worry about getting the little ones and their ski equipment to or from the pistes. And we’ll gladly serve children’s high tea in the early evening so that you can relax and enjoy dinner with your friends later, while they play in the sitting room nearby or go to bed! Or, if you wish to eat together, your chef will tailor the food to suit young palates. On the chef’s night off, we provide children’s high tea and complimentary babysitting so that the adults can – if they wish – have a child-free evening, secure in the knowledge that their children are well looked after.

We’re also happy to book ski lessons, lift passes, and equipment for children over four. Children’s equipment such as cots, high chairs, sterilisers, baby listeners, a selection of games, sledges, toys and children’s DVDs are available and we can even stock up on nappies and wipes to save you bringing them with you. We also have a small number of pushchairs available, or can hire these for you if needed. Please indicate your requirements on the booking form.

For daytime childcare, we partner with trusted nannies in Méribel and Val d’Isère. All nannies are English speaking, qualified, and hold up-to-date first aid certificates for your peace of mind. This service must be pre-booked as availability is limited. You can either book a nanny for the whole week or outside school holiday periods more flexible packages are available.

This summer, escape to Le Château de Candie, our beautifully restored 14th century regal residence in the French Alps. 🏰🗻☀️

Perched on the hillside overlooking the capital of Savoie and yet seemingly a world away from the bustle of city life, Le Château de Candie’s ivy-cloaked façade and 14th century fortifications are an enchanting sight to behold. Surrounded by evergreen forest, beautiful gardens, fountains, and rows of grape vines, it commands magnificent views of the Chartreuse mountain range.

The château offers a choice of 25 lovely, individually decorated rooms and suites filled with antiques and period features. For a romantic getaway or just a little extra treat, the château’s impossibly quaint tower contains a truly luxurious suite spread across three floors.

UK half term is one of the key dates to plan as early as possible if you want to secure your luxury ski escape.
