If you see the way I shouted when I saw this in one woman’s shop in Brixton 😜😜i had finished getting the things I came to buy just when I was about going home I saw Udara💃💃joy filled my heart eeeeh

And to sum it up she said the price is 3 for £1, I said eeh so cheap I packed everything guuyyyyyyyy going to two years laidis I never see Udara Buy both sweet or sour one

I packed everything abeg 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️🌚i go eat am for straight 3 days till I see another buy 😜😜looking at them, they will surely be sweet😜

I don finally see Udara e reach to dance aswear 💃💃💃💃😜

Omo!!!! Today is of the days I wish I could hire a maid/help to do the chores and cook for me but then nothing like that in the UK 🇬🇧

Apparently, I told myself that I would be doing my chores every two weeks so if I cook this weekend then next weekend I will use it for myself for watching movies, creating content and sleeping 🌚but it happens that this is the weekend I will batch cook, do shopping and also do cake for a customer no only God go save me today😩😩

So this is how I will do it today
First I will go to Bixon I will go this morning so before 10/11am I'm back then get fruits from the street market for next week, drop them at home then go to Tesco for the baking things 🌚 thank God I'm staying close to our City Center

When I come back I will probably eat then rest and do then baking in the evening, tomorrow I do my batch cooking and rest 😪 ije uwa 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️ na wetin Oru Oyibo dey cause

Meanwhile, the second slide is how I'm feeling because I need help 😫😫

Booking a GP in the UK 🇬🇧 is like booking for an interview or applying for a job
You get to fill a form, get a day and go for your appointment. There is nothing like I want to get a test done and just walk into an NHS clinic to do that YO!! You must book an appointment it is MUST!! Unless is an emergency 🚨

I know of someone who doesn't have a GP and have never registered for one and she has been here for 3years when I asked him why, he said and I quote” I don't have time for GPs” I just told him that he had already paid for it, all he need do is register and go for check-up that's all, you don't need to be sick before you go to the hospital 🌚

I know A lot of people are still on this table my dear this is your sign to Register 🚶‍♀️

My best meal in 2022 when I was very serious with my weight loss journey

I take OAT meal in the morning as breakfast then cucumber and stew plus any protein in the afternoon then fruits as dinner

I did that for months and I also jogged every morning🌚
I maintained 79kg for so long now I don't know the ship that's carrying me and where

But I have decided to give it a try again, To see if I can be consistent at least for this month then I will know whether to continue or stop 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️
