Historic Footpaths Saved: Deadline Scrapped!

Big news for walkers and nature lovers! The government has scrapped the 2031 deadline to register unrecorded public footpaths and bridleways in England.

What does this mean?
Over 40,000 miles of forgotten paths could now be saved from disappearing forever. These paths, some centuries old, are part of our heritage and vital for outdoor access.

Groups like the Ramblers are thrilled, calling this a victory for our health, happiness, and shared history.

This has got to be one of the coolest destinations on Earth...

Porto Moniz in Northern Madeira. Its turquoise pools, naturally carved into black volcanic rock, are absolutely breathtaking.

The journey there is just as magical - walking along the rugged black lava coastline until these magnificent pools appear is an unforgettable experience.

Are our dreams of a white Christmas finally coming true....

For the first time in 14 years, some of us might be seeing snow on Christmas Day!

On Christmas Eve, around 6 PM, a storm is predicted to stretch from the town of Wick in Scotland down to Birmingham.

It has only snowed on Christmas Day in the UK four times since 1960 - in 1981, 1995, 2009 and 2010, according to the Royal Meteorological Society.
