I have always wondered what Carlos bakery was like, it was one of the programmes that inspired me to make cakes. As it’s on our doorstep here in New York I got myself a lobster tail and a cannoli, I have wanted to try a cannoli for years but it wasn’t what I expected (I wasn’t sure on the cream filling). The lobster tail was very good, i’ll be going back to try more before we leave 🤣
