Who wore it better? With the news that the has acquired THE cardigan that sparked a social media frenzy and a whole new conversation about knitwear and craft I pose the above question... I promise I won’t be mad if you vote ;) I’m so fortunate to have a very talented and patient mum who spent just over 90 hours knitting and stitching this bad boy together for my birthday surprise earlier this summer. How long did it take you? And who’s going to go see the original when it lands at the ?? Mx

Sunday walks were made for ... (fun fact - this rain coat is 10 years old. I bought it with my first ever styling gig pay cheque. It goes in the washing machine when grubby and every once in a while when it’s cold but not cold enough for a coat it comes on a walk with me. It’s funny how things come full circle. At 24 I was starting out as a stylist after assisting for 2 years and now at 34 I’m back at it, albeit in a different capacity. It can sometimes seem surreal and is also sometimes scary but definitely very rewarding. 2020 you threw us all a curveball, but I’m excited to see how this one pans out. Is there anything in your wardrobe you will never part with?

Taking a well deserved break today... Got a last minute booking this week from the awesome events team at . Super grateful for the work because November was pretty much wiped out with the new lockdown restrictions which was frustrating and upsetting because a lot of work had already gone into those projects. This week it’s been non stop since Monday though (which is why I’ve been quiet on here). Earlier I found this super cool coffee shop called that specialises in different kinds of hot chocolate. I had the 42% cocoa (to go) and it was AH-MAY-ZING! So go there and !!

After Saturday’s announcement that the UK was going into another , I took some time to reflect and I think the next 4 weeks are gonna be all about for me. I love sweet things and candles so I am thrilled I picked this oud and ... up in last week. I had macarons and coffee for breakfast today btw because why the hell not!!!? What other kinds of content would you like to see over the coming weeks?

It’s cold out there folks!! I always have to wear light layers as opposed to one big one. Today I stuck on a lovely cashmere tee by that I found in a few weeks ago and my new favourite oversized shirt from the that I bought last year and never wore (the one I said I was gonna spam you all with!!). The Kimono jacket is about 5 years old and I found it last weekend and remembered how much I loved it and how versatile it was. The hat I picked up from a hat stall in by complete chance. I know I’d never have found a camel coloured hat if I’d gone looking for one!! I bought this and an amazing camel fedora from him. It’s amazing what you can find when you The lesson here? Shop smarter and dig around in what you already own. You might just find an old gem or two...

Ok so I’m not into doing “hauls”. I find them wasteful. I have committed to shopping in a better or more environmentally friendly way over the last two years because as someone who has worked in the fashion industry I know how wasteful it can be. I do shop in from their collection and I like the collection too however I really prefer to find things that will add to or update my existing wardrobe. That’s why you hear me talk about “Capsuke Wardrobes” so much. But recently I’ve been rather enjoying a little . I found these high tops and I’m over the moon!! Now I just need your advice on how to wear them. Anyone have any suggestions on what socks will work?? Let me know in the comments...
