We specialise in training, management and consultancy for some of the World’s best bars, as well as operating two of our own bars, situated in central London. Our passion stems from a great appreciation of drinking history, combined with a desire to pioneer new concepts, drinks and ideas within the global bar community. Creating the liquid for Three Spirit has been without question, one of the most challenging projects we have ever been tasked with.

Balancing functional active ingredients into a spirit is one thing. Ensuring the liquid tastes incredible at the same time is something entirely different. Matthew Hastings, Tristan Stephenson and Tom Aske set out to develop a liquid that stimulated certain neural receptors linked with the effect of alcohol, but without the alcohol bit.

Working with Phytochemist and the wider Beyond Alcohol team we must have created over one hundred different blends and iterations until we finally nailed it with what is now Three Spirit. 100% plant based natural ingredients, uplifting, and downright delicious.

Why did we do it? Because stimulating nights out shouldn’t be restricted by the typically available non alcoholic drinks behind the bar. Because it is possible to enhance mood, feel great and up for a night out without booze. Because…well why the hell not.
